Our Founders

Joumana Kreidi

Joumana is a former management consultant with 18+ years of experience in strategy consulting across the MENA region. During her tenure at Strategy&, Joumana led a multitude of projects in strategy formulation and implementation and business transformation. Beyond her professional career, Joumana is actively engaged with two NGOs in Lebanon where she has led interventions to strategically support more than 150 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. She has extensive experience in mentoring and capability building.

Karen Manasfi

Karen is a former management consultant with over 20 years of experience in consulting and learning and development. While at Booz & Co (now Strategy&), Karen advised leading regional governments and organizations on the development and implementation of strategies in education, economic development, and environmental management. She is an experienced instructor and mentor in project-based learning, a certified professional coach, and a regular contributor to simulation-based management courses at INSEAD.

Karma El-Fadl

Karma possesses 20+ years of experience in research, management consulting and professional development. During her tenure at PwC, Karma led the Health Practice’s largest and most complex projects. Since 2015, Karma has been working independently with clients across multiple industries on strategy, business transformation and PMO assignments. Driven by a dedication to professional growth, Karma has also leveraged her skills as a mentor, coach, and facilitator to empower 600+ individuals in their careers. She is an experienced mentor in project-based learning, a certified professional coach and a regular consulting skills instructor at Kearney Middle East and Africa.
